Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was recently pulled over for going 52 in a 35 in Columbus Ga. They said I could pay the fine which is $125 or show up to court (which will be be same price), but how can I keep it from going on my insurance?

See a lawyer. Since 12 over, properly done, doesn't get reported to the state, he can tell you how to handle it.
