Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I recently received a speeding ticket going 25 mph over and I'm under 21.....What are the pros of me pleading nolo vs guilty? (this id my first ticket)

Your license may be suspended with either a nolo or a guilty. If you plead nolo contendere it could be considered the same as a guilty plea and treated as such. The suspension is for a period of six (6) months. No limited driving permit is available for this period of suspension.
It would be foolish to not retain counsel. A lawyer may be able to negotiate a disposition where you would keep your license.
So you have two choices. Go to court, get a hefty fine and lose your license, or get a lawyer, who may get you a better disposition.
