Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I recently got a ticket for running a red light when i was in the turning lane accross the line waiting for the cars in the opposite lane to pass when the light turned red and i went. The officer knows i was accross the line but gave me a ticket anyway so did i deserve a ticket or not?

Yes. You shouldn't enter the intersection at all unless you know you can turn before the light changes.
