Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Hello I was at a red light and got pulled over for no break lights, only thing was I my truck was in netural my foot was not on the break, when she pulled me over she stated that they where working, but would not let me leave ask for ID and said my license where suppended. I think the stop should have ended when she saw that my lights where working.

What is your question? What you "think" is not as important as the law. If you got caught driving with a suspended license, it was your choice and your fault and there will likely be a penalty.
