Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I am a former resident of GA. Back in 2011 I received 3 violations, blocking intersection, suspended registration and for no insurance. At the time I was unable to pay for the fines. I currently live in Texas and I need to know what actions I can take to get these resolved.

It all depends on what has happened since then. It is a little surprising you still have a TX license (assuming you do), since most states will follow another state in a suspension. There is certainly a good chance there is an arrest warrant out for you. The best and safest way is to contact a traffic lawyer in the county of the violations. They can look into it and see what happened, and start taking steps to resolve it.
