Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
my son got convicted on 3 charges for probation violation on september 28th 2012 he got 6 days for one and 10 days for the other 2 days, I was expexting him out otomarrow whenI called the jail during the week they said he was only doing 10 days for the conviction date, I just called the jail and someone said he is doing 26 days. can you explain for me.

It sounds like he was sentenced consecutively rather than concurrent.y. His lawyer would know for sure so ask him. You did get him a lawyer, didn't you?
