speeding ticket
i have a clean driving record how can i get out of a ticket 21 over speed limit by state patrol i told him the truth i was just passing a truck with unsecure boat in tow this will affect my career

There are several things you need to consider: if you are under 21 then there is a high possibility that your license will be suspended. If you are over 21 then you need to plead not guilty at your 1st appearence and at the second hearing date you need to ask for a "speed reduction"--you will pay the same fine but there will no report made to the DMV and no insurance rate increase. Or you could simply plead your case to the judge but I doubt he will listen, traffic tickets are difficult to beat outright. Hope this helps.
