speeding ticket. what to do at the court????

ok my name is--name removed--and i am 21 yrs old. about 2 yrs ago i got 2 speeding tickets and i didn't go to the court and i just paid the fees. And my dad found out that i got 2 speeding ticket from the insurance company.

And now this time, i got a speeding ticket last night i was going 63mph on 45 mph zone. and i decided to go to the court this time and try to lower the fee and also i don't want the insurance company to find out what happened(the points). what's the best thing to do when i go to the court?????????????????????????????????????????

Without knowing more of the circumstance ... most courts will not lower their fines for any reasons but will lower the speed if you ask for a speed reduction. In GA, if your speed is listed as less than 15 over the limit then the ticket will not be sent to atlanta, will not make you permanent record and the insurance company will not find out. This would be your best course. RememberM just driving the speed limit would be much less expensive and easier.
