Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I got a speeding ticket in Turner, co. Ga. in April. It is my first offense ever. Is there a way I can have this expunged from my permanent record? Also can I find out on line when I am to appear in court, as the ticket merely said 45 days (which is next Monday) ? Thank you.

All tickets in Georgia show a court date so look at the front of your ticket. If you are unsure of the date, call the court. You can't generally expunge a ticket, but you should see a lawyer, as there may be pleas or dispositions he can negotiate that would keep a conviction off your record or minimize points.
