Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
In the state of Georgia, what traffic violations can you be cited with if you are caught driving on a class CP license without someone over the age of 21 with you. I was driving a moped on a class CP, on the mistaken assumption that you couldn't drive with anyone else, since you can't drive a scooter with an MP with a passenger, for safety reasons. I was cited as driving without a license, and wonder if that's accurate. It seems like it would be more a situation of improper licensing or some sort of learners permit violation.

It does not matter what you can be cited with or whether it is "accurate" - you WERE cite with something. Now you have to deal with what actually happened.
