Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Steep grade
I was stopped for a speeding ticket on a steeply graded road. Is there a law in Paulding County stating that a ticket can be voided if the street's grade(%) was too high?

Re: Steep grade
Radar can not be run on a grade stepper than 7%. However, you may have been clocked on a different part of the road or stopped using a different method.
