Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was stopped behind another car at a red light and was startled by a wasp that flew in my window that causing me to roll into the car in front of me. Is this legally considered "following too close" by Georgia law? This happened in Dekalb County, Georgia.
Thank you

Maybe, but we don't know all facts or what you were ticketed for. If you are asking whether you are liable for hitting someone else's vehicle, the answer is going to almost always be yes. You are responsible for getting "distracted."

Probably, as you are responsible when something distracts you. A good lawyer may help you in such circumstances to avoid points or otherwise assist.
