Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
if you get stopped for not having insurance, but you have a lincence and you didnt violate any traffic rules, do that give the police probable cause to serch the car. Even after you tell them you dont give permission and there was nothing in plan view. the drugs was in the trunk.

Police need permission to search a vehicle unless they have a warrant or impound your car or in some circumstances if the contraband is in plain view. Hire a good lawyers and file a motion to suppress the drugs.
