Suspended liscence
In Atlanta, Georgia can you be arrested and held in jail for operating a vehical with a suspended liscence.

Yes, you will be arrested for driving on a suspended lic. Do allow you to continue on your way after ticketing you would be to allow the crime to continue. You will be held in jail until you have a bond set and are able to post it.
Being arrested and charged is much different than being convicted. There are several defense available so you need to talk to an attorney.
