I got a ticket for driving with no proof of license ( not on me) what can I do

Assuming you actually have a license, it's a very nominal fine. Bring the license to court, show the judge. Best case scenario: case dismissed. Worst case scenario: Fine of about $10 plus court costs.
If you actually have no license or it was suspended you have a much worse problem and need a lawyer.
