Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I got a ticket for no proof of Insurance and expired tags, my tag wasn't expired for a week later and I have proof of insurance now, what are the legal repercussions?

If you can show that your tag was not expired then you should get acquitted on that.
You have to be very careful on the insurance charge as you can lose your license for a year if you plead or are found guilty. You also can be jailed and pay fines. You will benefit by seeing a local attorney. Some courts might allow you to plead nolo or otherwise avoid a guilty plea, and thus keep your license.
