Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Can or should a traffic citation be dismissed if the vehicle registration information is incorrect? The vehicle has New York tags, but the citation list Georgia as the state, tag # is correct

You can outsmart yourself. If you object to the citation, the solicitor will (probably) simply withdraw it and probably recharge you by accusation, and possibly be tougher on you than he would be otherwise.
You should hire a lawyer and determine the best strategy which may or may not be to focus on that.

Not likely. Simple errors are generally not a reason to get a dismissal, especially if they have nothing to do with the violation (which you failed to tell is about).
