Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I am currently on traffic probation and my last appointment was on the 8th of Nov at 11am. I showed up and signed in and waited for over an hour and no one called my name so I left. They contacted me today Nov 15th stating they are filling a failure to appear warrent. Can they do this if they have documentation that I did show up

You left instead of waiting, which was really foolish. Now you need a lawyer and could land in jail. Why would you have left without asking to see someone. That's ridiculous, and yes you can go to jail for doing it.
