Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
During a traffic stop, the officer did not notify me of any right to an accuracy radar check. After the officer wrote the citation he told me. "I already checked it for you " and put on the citation driver requested accuracy check. Is this correct or can my citation be voided?

You're saying he lied. He is calling you a liar. That doesn't in and of itself void anything. (If that's in dispute at trial, a judge decides things). Sit down with a lawyer and determine what you should do as to your case.
