Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Traffic ticket jurisdiction issue. I was stopped in Dodge County for speeding, 76 in a 55. Officer said his printer was broken and I would receive the citations in the mail, to my out of state address. No signature from me. Is service valid?

You can be charged up to two years after a traffic offense, either by ticket or accusation. It does not have to be written at the scene and it can be done without your signature.
