Obviously, for safety reasons, no police officer will ever let you in their car or handle their equipment. In fact, a state attorney general opinion says they should not do so. You can request accuracy tests at the time of a ticket of some speed devices, but no, you don't get your hands on them. And different officers designate lane numbers on tickets differently; obviously that does not help you at all. If you are seeking dismissal, instead of coming up with theories like these, which will get you convicted, you retain a skilled attorney to review your case.
