I have a speeding tickit that is three years old can they still do any thing about it

That's a confusing question. Are you saying that you've never had a court date and the ticket is still pending? When they give a ticket they always put a court date on the ticket. Did you appear on that date? Did they continue it? A three year old speeding ticket doesn't sound right.
