trafic ticket is issued with wrong date. Can I avoid paying fine?

Scott is correct; NO
You can go to court and file a motion to dismiss due to wrong date (you may get a Judge to do it - even if Judge does it, the State may be able to accuse you using the right date
Hire an attorney ASAP - BUT do NOT refuse to pay fine and do NOT fail to appear for court date

No. You can move to dismiss the charge and the state can simply refile it with the correct date.
