how do i get a warrant quashed if i do not reside in the state any longer

If I am understanding the question, you are a wanted criminal, know you are, and fled the state. Let me be blunt. That's idiotic and makes things worse.
Get a lawyer, return to the state, and turn yourself in. That is FAR better than being a fugitive, getting stopped in another state, and sitting in jail waiting to be extradited.
