Wrong car information
the ticket was made out with the wrong car information. i was cited for improper lane change due to scratching another car. the officer put his car make on my ticket. since it's incorrect information will my citation be dismissed?

A ticket is an accusation. It can be amended. When you object (if you do), the officer can either reticket you or have the solicitor prepare an accusation, and proceed. They have two years to do that.

In all probability the charge will not be dismissed. There is the possibility that the officer completed an accident report which would, or at least should, detail the circumstances of the accident as told to him by the parties or witnesses. The ticket could be amended.
