Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

wrong person

i recived a tickect same day as a person with the same last name. when he came to pay the ticket the clerk gave him my ticket. When i appread at court to plea my frist nolow they mistakenly took me as him and gave me another court date and made me plea guilty becasue he already plead no low. The person they have me confuse with has a bigger violation then me and a bigger ticket ,this case has been in court since july.since they figure out the prblm but still dont have a solution they keep pushing my court date. i have already been to court twice lost 2 fullday of work w/out pay. and they still are saying they want me come back to court when they figuer out when my date is. What can i do i have pleaded with the county clerks the solictators everyone i want this to end and i dont want them to ask me to come to court i cant afford to miss another day at court without pay. I have called everyday and have been given a runaround i am so fade up b/c i just got a letter from my insurance that they recived that i have recived a ticket and my primu is going up....please help

Unless you can get someone at the court to understand your problem, you are going to have to go to court again. If they let you just call and say you are not the right person and they dismiss your case, then everyone would do that, or at least try it. Government does not always operate efficiently. If it really becomes a problem, hire a traffic attorney.
