Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Wrongly accused ...what can i do?
I got 3 warrants for my arrest in the mail, speeding over 100 mph, reckless driving and evading. after reading the tickets ,it looks like a friend accused me of being with him . he probably wanted to get out of his ticket .. i tried to get in contact with him but could not .. i know it was him because his name was written as a witness.. they said i was on a ducati motorcycle ... i don�t own a ducati... I pleaded not guilty and will go to court on December 4 .. With a lawyer.
The day this all happened I was at home with 2 friends one is a cop. And the other my room mate�. Can someone shed some light into what are my rights?�
