Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
I have a $100,000 life insurance policy and I need to know the best and least expensive way to leave it equal to my five grandchildren. Two are of legal age but three are not. I want to make sure my daughter (my only child) cannot get this money. I don't have anyone to name as guardian and I don't want a large expense to get this done. Please help.

You can do two things. Either revise your will to create a testamentary trust and designate the trust as the beneficiary OR name the adult children as beneficiaries and the parents of the minor children. Depends on the language of the beneficiary form.
