Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Administrator's Deed
Under what circumstances does an executor need an administrator's deed? The house is part of the estate; there is a will; there is only one heir. Do I need the administrator's deed?

Re: Administrator's Deed
You likely need a document, but probably not the one you asked about. I need more details, but you probably need an Assent to Devise.
