In athe Georgia probate court (Fulton), when your closing an estate and file with the court if there are unpaid creditors mentioned in the petition does the Personal rep. send a copy to the creditors or does the court handle it. Thank you, Kay

If there are unpaid creditors, the estate is not ready to be closed. You need to see a lawyer.

Ordinarily, you can't close the estate if there are unpaid creditors. Consult with a local attorney.
