Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Can an attorney file suit or complaint representing one party against an individual and then 45 days later, while the first issue is still being contested or negotiated, represent another different party and file suit or a complalint against that very same person for a totally different issue? Basically representing two different parties on two totally separtate issues against the same person or party. Thanks.

Unless there is some problem you haven't mentioned, there is nothing wrong. I A wants me to sue the bank, and then later B hires me to sue the same bank, there is no problem.

Nothing in your post, unless you left out relevant facts, poses an ethical problem.
