is a attorny entitled to half the executors fee as a co executor

is it true an attorney can claim half the execuyytors fee wile acting as co-exectour ,as well as beeing paid for work done,on a estate valued @ $1*5 million what is the fee@ 5% and is it payible on the whole estate and is this payed yearley thank you

Normally, I would say yes, the attorney is entitled to one-half the executors fees, plus attorneys fees. You can research this at : http://www.findlaw.com/11stategov/ga/laws.html
