my aunt died

My aunt died with no will and her

husband is still alive. The title of

there house is still in my aunts

name. My aunt's daughter is trying

to get the house by probate. I think

the house should go to my uncle ,

because he was married to her. How

do i help him? He is 83 years old and

this is the only place he wishes to

live.

Get him a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. From what you said, in a worst case scenario he probably shares the house with the child, but he might be able to seek it by years support. We'd need far more details to know what will happen, but he needs a lawyer right away.
