Is the benificary required to be present at the reading of the will in the state of Georgia?

No. Wills are rarely "read" except in movies. A will, once offered for probate, is a public record.

No; however, I would wonder a beneficiary would NOT want to be present.

No, if you want a copy you can go to the probate office where the will was filed and get one.
