i was asking if we buy a home can we put every thing in name of my childrens just in case something jappen we dont want to loose the home

Are you referring to putting this new home in your children's name?

If so, then you can generally do so if you are purchasing the house with cash.

Generally speaking though, if you are obtaining a mortgage or purchase money through a bank for the purchase of the home, then you will be prohibited from doing this.
