Can you contest a will?

My husband has two illigetimate children from 20 years ago, paid child support, can they contest a will taking land that we have (husband inheritance) even if we leave them 100.00 each?

Anyone can contest a will just like anyone can sue anybody. It is another matter whether he or she has standing to do so, or whether he or she would be successful. You and your husband should have your wills carefully crafted by an attorney so that the possibilities of a successful challenge would be minimized.
