Contesting a Will
How would one go about contesting a will in the state of Georgia?

Assuming you have standing and a valid argument, you can (1) go directly to the probate court and file a pro se (you represent yourself) objection to the probate of the Will in question, or (2) contact an estate attorney who will review the merits of the case and then advise (and represent)you re: the best way to proceed.
