Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Copy of will

My husband�s sister for the last five months has refused to give him a copy of the will. They are both co-executors of the will. She now claims that she has lost the will. When my husband asked her for the Attorney who drew up the will she can't remember.There was a safety deposit box that was in her mother and sisters name. She had no reason to go in there but did without telling the family of her actions. There was over $50,000 in a cashier�s check, stocks, bonds, and the will. What can we do about getting a copy of the will? She lied when filling out her mother�s death certificate. She put her personal home address. Her mother had never been to her home. Her personal residence was in Panama City Beach, Florida. She was at Chestnut Ridge Nursing home in Cummings, GA. Joni did this so that probate has to be done in the county and state listed on the death certificate. The sister is very well known in Cummings �Joni Owens'' Head of Forsyth Chamber of Commerce. Please Help!
