Copy of Will when someone passes away
How would one go about getting a copy of someones will, a relative that is... when they have recently passed away?

Will are supposed to be filed with the local probate court of the county in which the deceased (died) or was a resident at death. Contact the local clerk of the probate court. Sometimes family members don't file them, though.
