You need to re-post with more details.

What court? In GA? Where were you married? If you have a copy of a marriage license this may be enough for whatever you are trying to do.

What are you trying to do? Share in the estate of a deceased husband? Or something else?

You need to explain more of the details. There may be a process for getting a lawyer to file a petition and getting a court order establishing the validity of the marriage. Will this suffice?

Since it is impossible to know what you are trying to do and why it is not possible to know what is going on or provide guidance. I suggest that you either re-post and direct your question to domestic relations/family law attorneys in the state where the alleged marriage took place as they may know of some way under state law to get this recognized by the court or recorded. Once you have a valid court order, you should then be able to take that and do whatever you are trying to do with it.

Otherwise, you need to take your marriage license and the other information to a domestic relations/family law attorney, and them to review the information and consult with you about the situation.
