Death without a will
My brother died without a will. How can I get access to his bank account to pay for his funeral expenses? I live in Georgia.

His estate would have to be probated.
If he left a wife or children, you atre not an heir and can't do it. If he did not, you may be an heir and the steps would depend on facts you did not post. The main thing is to hire a lawyer.
