Deceased's will
Do you have to follow a persons will to the T.
Ex: he wants us to sell his house and split the profits down the middle between my brother and myself, but we both have agreed that we want to gift it to my son.
It is ok or are we going to run into some problems?

Without reading the will, I can't answer you. However, there should be inexpensive ways to do what you want to do. Call me and I can likely help you with this. If you do it wrong, you will have serious problems.
