deed of assent
i have 2 pages of the copy of a
deed of assent how can i get all
paper work seeing that i do not live in that state i do not know what was left other than some property
& a house that is in the will

The deed of assent should be on file in the county in which the property was situated. You should be able to get a copy from the Executor of the Will, their counsel, or the Probate Court of the County in which the property was located.
