Estate property law and probate

2003 single brother's child deceased. His Aunt is only living relative. Since my Mother was elderly she put me as admistrator of property. My Mother deceased in 2004. Probate for everyone has been done. How long does it take for estate settlement for my mother's portion to settle.

I'm confused. On the one hand you state that probate has been done for everyone, then you imply that your mother's interest has not been settled. Consult with an attorney.
