Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Estate of a will
Do the two executors of a will get every thing that is left over. This is after what have been divided according to the will. What do laped mean and legacies mean in a will.

Re: Estate of a will
Your question indicates that the executors are doing this without a lawyer (never a good idea). No one here can answer your question as they have not read the will, but unless the will says the remaining property goes to the executors, it does not. A properly written will clearly answers your question. You should retain a lawyer immediately and stop doing anything with the estate until you do.
