Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
False will
My father, an elderly man, had a so-called ''will'' made after he had had a major stroke and diabetes. A document examiner found writing on this ''will'' that said ''what interest does this leave to my wife?'' also the signature looks forged. A previous will left everything to his wife (of some 60 years) which would have made financial sense and tax advantage. The probate judge denied the wife and son the right to analyze these findings and paid NO attention to the document examiner's initial findings! Now what is to be done and how to approach this situation? Thank you!
