Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My father died intestate. He owned property in two states. One in Georgia where he lives, another in NY. My mom passed over the court's offer as Administrator. Somehow my sister became Administrator. She showed us where the courts have identified three heirs, of which I am one, but I don't want her to sell the home in NY. Do I have a say in this?

You haven't posted enough information to answer but if there are several heirs usually the only way to divide realty would be to sell it.

Yes, but it's too complicated to explain in this type of forum. Consult with a local attorney.
