Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My father died in May, 2008. My mother is now getting medical bills for the period of time when he was in the hospital before his death. We thought these bills were taken care of by the insurance company. The will has been through probate and my mom inhearited all peoperty. Is she responsible for these bills?

It was improper to distribute property before the bills got paid as they come before an inheritance. Your mother needs an attorney immediately. She has a problem.
