father with two biological sons has prepared a will to leave land that has passed through family to non-related people.90 acres,land with sentimental value for sons.is this legal

If the father owns the land, he can leave it to whomever he pleases.

People can leave their property to whomever they want, and they can certainly disinherit adult children. No one (except for limited rights that a minor child and spouse have) has any RIGHT to inherit.
