Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
My father just passed away in December which was a sucide. He has changed his will several times in the past according to what is going on with his life at the time.My mother passed away 13 years prior to his passing. Which the will was for my brother and I to split the assets. when I gave birth to my daughter due to my fathers character I found it was not wise to have daugter around him which resulted in him changing the will to my brother stating he acknowleges me but it is up to my brother to split the assets. At the end my brother advised me that he would split the profit of the house. Because my brother lives in New Jersey he is unable to help with the house living me with the home improvement projects and having my husband cutting 5 arces of grass. Now since all the improvements have been finished except for the grass mowing he has decided to just rent the house leaving me with a big fat nothing . Is there anything I could do?

No one here has the will or knows the terms, except what little you posted. If you want an opinion, take all documents to a lawyer for review. Keep in mind that there is no general right to be included in a will, and if someone wants to leave "a big fat nothing" to a child, it is their right.
You told us everything except the one thing that matters - what the will says. Unless he left you something you get zero.
